We’re thrilled to announce that College for Kids summer camps are returning for another season of fun, learning, and adventure!
Mark your calendars! Online registration opens April 15th — right here on our website. Designed for kids ages 8–14, our camps offer engaging, hands-on experiences that will make this summer one to remember! Camps kick off the week of June 16th and run through the week of August 4th.

Life on a Farm Camp
This camp offers an exciting opportunity for students to gain insight into the inner workings of small farms. Each day, campers will explore a farm featuring various animals and agriculture to engage in hands-on activities with different farm animals as well as produce, vegetables, and flowers. The daily schedule includes enjoyable experiences that stimulate creativity, foster teamwork, and enhance confidence. Campers are responsible for their own transportation to and from the local farms each day of camp.
Camp, Cook, Play!
Get ready for a summer of fun, food, and fitness! Kids will dive into hands-on food adventures, explore healthy eating with MyPlate, and stay active with exciting games. Campers will learn kitchen skills, food safety, and how to make smart food choices—all while having a blast with new friends. This half-day camp is packed with interactive activities designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and inspire lifelong healthy habits. Come cook, play, and learn with us this summer!
VR Voyage: Moore Tech Adventures
Strap on your headset and get ready for an epic four-day journey through virtual worlds! Walk on Mars, step into the Roman Colosseum, or choose your own adventure experience. Test your skills with virtual golf, tackle mind-bending challenges, and work as a team on challenges to test your creativity with problem-solving tasks with cutting-edge VR gear and expert guidance (including non-VR activities to actively manage screen time), this camp is packed with excitement, exploration, and hands-on fun. The only limit? Your imagination!
Let’s Get Our Hands Dirty!
This camp is designed to create meaningful and memorable experiences that teach scientific creativity. Our activities are hands-on, fun, and engaging. Discover new things daily with our interesting, exciting camp themes, including Saponification (The art of making Soap), Vermicomposting (Composting with worms), Be Naturally Beautiful (Making homemade beauty products), and Healthy soil and gardening. This is a camp you do not want to miss out on!
Small Business Entrepreneurship Camp
Ignite your child’s confidence and entrepreneurial spirit at our dynamic camp! Guided by experienced business leaders, campers will transform their interests into a mock business venture. This immersive experience is designed to be fun, interactive, and informative, presenting youths with diverse career possibilities in today’s marketplace. Throughout the camp, participants collaborate in small groups to develop a business idea to present to a panel of judges on day four in a competition, fostering teamwork and creative thinking. Winners will receive exciting rewards, adding an extra layer of motivation to this empowering journey.
Healthy Habits Summer Camp: Nutrition, Meal Creation, & Active Living
This camp offers an exciting and interactive experience for students eager to learn about nutrition, meal preparation, and staying active. Through hands-on activities, kitchen skills workshops, and fun physical challenges, campers will discover the importance of healthy eating, food safety, and making nutritious choices. They'll gain practical skills to create delicious, balanced meals, explore the benefits of fruits and vegetables, and incorporate daily physical activity into their lives. Join us for a summer of learning, creativity, and well-being!
STEAM Max Camps
STEAM Max Camp allows campers to explore the fields of science, technology, engineering, visual arts, culinary arts, and math through fun, engaging activities. Campers rotate through five sessions each day, creating their own video games, completing engineering challenges using math and science concepts, learning creative tricks in the culinary arts kitchen, coding robots, and using problem-solving skills to tackle real-world challenges. Two weeks to choose between. (Cost includes a T-shirt, snacks, and drinks. Campers must bring lunch and are encouraged to bring a refillable water bottle.)
Fishing Camp
Campers will learn fishing fundamentals, such as safe and proper casting techniques, baiting a hook with worms or crickets, and basic knots for tying on hooks and lures. Campers will also learn some universally effective techniques to help them catch fish in just about any local body of water. This is a great camp for anglers who have never fished, or who wish to become self-sufficient on the water.
Jr. Chef Culinary Camp
Calling all young food lovers! Join us for a week of hands-on cooking, baking, and food exploration. Guided by experienced chefs, campers will learn essential kitchen skills, from proper knife techniques to food safety and cleanliness—all while creating delicious dishes from around the world. Each day features a new culinary theme, from crispy American classics to flavorful Asian and Latin-inspired favorites. We'll even harvest fresh ingredients from our culinary garden! No experience needed—just a passion for cooking and a hunger to learn. By the end of the week, your Jr. Chef will have the confidence to recreate their favorite camp dishes at home. Closed-toed shoes and an apron or smock are required. Dietary restrictions will be addressed during registration. Sign up today, and let’s get cooking!
Coding & 3D Printing Bootcamp
Come create with us! Through our 3D Printing, Design, and Coding Bootcamp, we will encourage students to develop their creativity and problem-solving skills. Using Sphero robots, instructors will demonstrate how to program a robot using Sphero Edu. Students will build on this strong foundation and be introduced to Tinkercad, an online design tool through which they can practice their 3D creation skills. After completing their projects, students take home a piece of their own creation.
Drones Camp
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced drone pilot, this camp is tailored for you. Gain a comprehensive knowledge on safely and legally flying drones in order to capture breathtaking footage. Learn drone mechanics, precision operation, FAA regulations, flight planning, altitude control, throttle management, and visual orientation. By the end, you’ll be well-equipped for exciting drone adventures!
Robotics Camp
Delve into robotics with our camp! Learn to design, build, and program robots for diverse tasks. Covering mechanical and electrical components, programming, and control, explore robot types like wheeled, humanoid, and drones and their applications in industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, and entertainment. By camp’s end, you’ll grasp robotics principles, possess skills for simple robot design and programming, and glimpse the impactful future of robotics in society. Join our robotics camp for an exciting journey into this evolving field!
Advanced Fishing Camp
If your camper is a competent angler seeking to up their skills and catch more fish, this is the camp for you! Campers will learn specialized skills, including tackle selection for targeting local fish, a variety of useful fishing knots, fishing with slip floats, and advanced casting skills such as flipping and pitching baits. We will focus on largemouth bass and bluegill for this camp, though we can focus on other species based on input from campers.
Learn to Make T-Shirt Quilt Camp
If you have T-shirts you love but no longer wear, a T-shirt quilt is the perfect thing to learn to make. Learn the steps to make a memory quilt for yourself or as a gift. Sewing or quilting experience is not required. Campers will need to bring several clean T-shirts and a working sewing machine. After designing and creating the quilt top, campers will apply backing and batting, encase, and tie to finish the quilt. Campers will need to bring several clean T-shirts, backing material (will be discussed at 1st day of camp) and a working sewing machine.
